Ok, this won't come off as the most pleasant conversation, but it's the last thing said that's what matters and I hope you come to believe me on this, Rowling.
Nick: "Btw, that month you stopped being my friend, I turned back into a total asshole in case you're wondering why things didn't go so well with Rowling. Without you, I just wasn't happy and it was obvious and then shit happens, but it's ok bc she's going to be happy with him =]"
Clair: "...Sorry, and yeah she will be."
Nick: "I'd say it's fine, but how the hell are you going to do that to me lol? She chooses another guy over me and the first thing you do is agree with me when I said she'll be happy with him. You birch T_T"
Clair: "What was I supposed to say? If I say she won't be I'd hurt you more and then if I say you're better for her and she is missing out then it would still hurt you because you would remember it's not how you wish it to be."
Nick: "I just want her to be happy, not for you to agree lol. On a selfish level... no, i'm not going to say it. I just want her to be happy. That's all that matters."
Clair: "That's how we all try to think when we lose someone we love... But in reality it's not like that."
Nick: "Actually, for the very first time in life, it is. I've never loved a person as much or tried so hard. It's like an old friend of the first chick I fell for told me the day I told her I liked my friend. It doesn't matter if they're with you or not bc you come to understand. If you really care about them, seeing them happy is all that matters."
